I started my experience in 2000 at the CNR-IMM working on ion implantation and ion beam analysis, performing maintenance and development on ion accelerator that were generating energy from few KeV to some MeV.

I was responsible for the Ion Implantation Laboratory and Mechanic workshop. After twelve years I moved from Bologna to Perugia at CNR-IGV (CNR-IBBR today) and I modified my working field from micro-electronic to agronomy and genetic of plants. I gave my support performing maintenance on instrumentation and equipment, on field work and, becoming RUP, also in administrative activities.

Recently I decided to changed again working field coming back, somehow, to the origins and since december 2020 I moved to CNR-IOM where a new joint laboratory with University is being born.
